ARE REVAMP HAIR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

No, none of our Revamp hair styling products are tested on animals.

WHAT PLUG WILL MY PRODUCT COME WITH?

If you are ordering within Australia, our electrical products will come with an Australian Plug.

HOW LONG IS THE CORD OF MY STYLING TOOL?

All Stylers, Straighteners and Curlers have a 3 Meter Cord

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER THE CORD ON MY REVAMP PRODUCT?

When your product has cooled, fold the cord in the same way it was in the original packaging. Try to avoid winding it around your hand or the body of the product, or hanging it by its cord. Please see the product instruction manual for more information.

WHAT IS THE VOLTAGE OF MY REVAMP STYLING TOOL?

To ensure that your Revamp hairdryer operates at the optimum efficiency, the rear filter should be kept clean by regularly cleaning it (please see our safety instructions). Damage caused by failure to comply with these cleaning instructions is not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee.

CAN WE CHARGE REVAMP STYLING TOOLS ON THE PLANE AND IN THE TRAIN OR IN MY CARAVAN? ARE THEY FULLY FLIGHT FRIENDLY?

Revamp styling tools travel safe to carry in your checked-in and hand luggage and through security.
*In line with IATA guidelines on carriage of portable electronic devices. Revamp Styling tools are not recommended for use during flights.

CAN I USE MY REVAMP STYLING TOOLS WHEN TRAVELLING TO COUNTRIES WITH DIFFERENT VOLTAGES?

Yes, however please be aware that each Country will have different adaptors,
so please be conscious of taking a relevant plug with you. It is advised, you read the product instruction manual carefully prior to your departure

DOES MY PRODUCT HAVE A SLEEP MODE?

Most of our products have automatic shut-off. Please note, this does not mean accessories.

WHAT ARE THE STYLER PLATES MADE OF?

The plates are made of aluminium which is used because it has powerful heat conducting properties.
The aluminium is coated with a thin layer of an advanced ceramic coating, including Progloss ™ super smooth oils Keratin, Argan and Coconut oils
which helps the plates glide smoothly through the hair and leaves hair looking shiny.
The combination of the excellent heat properties of aluminium and the smoothing properties of the thin ceramic coatings give you the great styling results

Our products are created to the highest standards and tested rigorously before release. However, if for any reason, you need to return your product,
we will make sure the entire process is as quick and easy as possible for you. Please contact our customer service team at cservice@revamphair.com.au

I PURCHASED MY REVAMP PRODUCT AT A STOCKIST, HOW CAN I RETURN IT?

Our products are created to the highest standards and tested rigorously before release. However, if for any reason, you need to return your product,
please take the product back to the Retailer to assist in your return. We do advise you hold your receipt and check the retailers returns policy before you purchase.
Please note, your return will also be at the discretion of the Retailer.

MY ORDER RECEIVED BUT HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, WHAT DO I DO?

In the unlikely hood that the goods arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team on 03 8756 6500 as soon as possible and provide proof of damage
(e.g. pictures) straight away. Please do not tamper with the box until you have spoken to our customer service team member.
Revamp will either arrange for a for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you.
Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
Revamp will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

ACT, NSW, SA, VIC:
Metro areas: 1-3 business days
Rural areas: 3-10 business days

NT, TAS, QLD, WA:
Brisbane and Perth metro: 4-5 business days
All other areas: 6-10 business days

The above time frames are indicative only.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Melbourne via Australia Post or courier.
In peak times (eg. promotional periods, Christmas, Easter, public holidays) there may be a delay in goods being delivered.
We do not deliver outside of Australia at this time.
Please note we cannot deliver large goods to PO Boxes. Contact us prior to ordering to discuss options.
On delivery you may be required to sign a proof of delivery document. If you are not available to take delivery, your order will be taken to a local depot or
post office and a calling card containing the relevant contact details will be left at the delivery address.
We seek to ensure dispatch of your order within 48 hours of your order being processed. However, in some cases it may take longer.

CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

Unfortunately once your order passes our initial security measures it is immediately sent to our distribution centre to be dispatched. While we will endeavor to accommodate any order cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that these can be actioned.

HOW DO I USE MY PROMOTION CODE?
